Price Table
August 31, 2025 – The Fuel Pricing Committee held its monthly meeting today, Sunday, to determine the local selling prices of petroleum derivatives for the period from September 1 to 30.
The committee reviewed global crude oil and petroleum product prices during August and compared them with those of July.
After applying the pricing formula in line with international prices to all petroleum products, it was found that the prices of 90-octane and 95-octane gasoline remained unchanged, while the price of diesel decreased by 15 fils per liter.
Accordingly, the Fuel Pricing Committee decided to maintain the selling price of 90-octane gasoline at 850 fils per liter and 95-octane gasoline at 1,075 fils per liter, while reducing the selling price of diesel to 675 fils per liter instead of 690 fils per liter. The committee also decided to keep the selling price of kerosene at 620 fils per liter, and to maintain the price of the 12.5-kg household gas cylinder at 7 dinars per cylinder.
It is noteworthy that the average price of Brent crude oil during August was about USD 68.2 per barrel, compared to its average price in July, which was about USD 70.9 per barrel.
