Required documents

• Invoice of the equipment and supplies wanted to be exempted from the customs fees.
• List of the materials, for which the recommendation is required to be exempted from the customs fees.
• Official letter addressed to the Ministry from the concerned companies.

Procedures of rendering the service

1. The letter shall be referred to Directorate of Electricity and Rural Electrification/Division of Technical Affairs to study the documents.
2. Giving recommendation to the Customs Department to approve the exemption of these materials from the customs fees according to law of encouraging the investment and informing the authorities regarding the taken procedure.
