The company shall be one of companies of special generation of electricity.

Required documents

• Official letter addressed to the Ministry.
• List of the equipment, for which recommendation is required to enter then temporarily and re-exporting them after terminating the  use thereof.
• Customs statement shows the equipment and devices wanted to be entered.

Procedures of rendering the service

1. The letter shall be referred to Directorate of Electricity and Rural Electrification/Division of Technical Affairs to audit the equipment and devices mentioned in the company's letter and determine the extent of using the same in the project.
2. Presenting recommendation to Department of Customs on the temporary entry of such equipment and also the recommendation with re-exporting them after termination of using the same.
