December 23, 2025 – The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources concluded today, Tuesday, a specialized training workshop entitled “Preparing and Managing Memoranda of Understanding, Agreements, and Contracts” aimed at ministry employees and implemented by the Egyptian company Enppi.
The workshop, which was attended by over 100 participants from the ministry and employees of sector companies and lasted for three consecutive days, aimed to enhance participants’ capabilities in contract management—from contracting to project management and execution—while developing their knowledge and skills to select the most suitable contract model, manage risks, and resolve disputes professionally in line with international best practices.
On the sidelines of the closing ceremony, Bahjat Al-Adwan, Director of the Directorate of Petroleum and Oil Shale, emphasized the importance of such activities in supporting the energy sector and strengthening partnerships among various stakeholders, thanking the organizers for their excellent coordination, cooperation, and outstanding efforts.
Al-Adwan also affirmed that the ministry places great importance on staff training through specialized workshops in partnership with different sectors, as this contributes to enhancing efficiency and skills.
