Expression of Interest (EOI) Investment Opportunity in Gold Exploration

The Government of Jordan (GoJ), through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) is interested in attracting the interest of qualified mining companies to explore promising gold deposits in Wadi Araba area in Southern Jordan.
Initial exploration efforts have indicated encouraging signs for an economical resource. Now, MEMR is ready to take further steps by working with qualified developers to exploit that resource.
We request all interested companies to download and fill the Expression of Interest (EOI) which can be accessed online: [http://www.memr.gov.jo]
The filled EOI forms shall be submitted electronically to The Secretary General of MEMR, Eng. Amani Al- Azzam generals@memr.gov.jo and to the Director of the Geology Directorate, Dr. Ali Sawarieh ali.sawarieh@memr.gov.jo. The deadline is by 12:00 noon Jordan Time on Thursday, 1 March 2018 (“latest Submission Date”). The subject of the email is: “MEMR– Gold Exploration EOI”
